All returns must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, no makeup or deodorant stains no perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Tags must be attached. If items are returned with any of the above mentioned conditions, the item(s) will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued.
All sale items, jewelry, intimates and hair products/accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We DO NOT send return labels, so you may send your return any way you like. Please consider purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost items being returned to us without valid proof of delivery.
Please allow approximately 3 business days to process your return after it has been received. Your store credit will be issued for the amount of the return minus the original shipping cost. The store credit will be sent via email.
Exchanges
We will try our best to exchange an item for you, but items do sell out quickly and may not be in stock. You can either order something different or receive a store credit.
